SUMMARY:Real Estate and Construction Conflicts on the Horizon? – Creative and Collaborative Solutions
DESCRIPTION:Join presenters from Michael Best & Friedrich on August 5th at 12 PM to hear about what the next 3-9 months have in store for real estate and construction and the tensions that might arise.  This includes a potential second wave and slow recovery.  Financial\, performance problems and delays can scrub a project or create critical tensions.   We believe that real estate and construction professionals\, need well rounded multi-practice advice rather than narrow options that may be expensive but fail to consider creative options when facing receivership\, bankruptcy\, default claims or more.  This program will discuss the advantages of a triage experience that provides real estate and construction professionals advice from business\, finance\, real estate\, construction\, insurance\, public relations and more resulting in a collaborative plan with creative and less expensive options. \nPresenters Include: \nMichelle Ebben– Real Estate Practice Chair\nLauren Triebenbach – Construction Law Group\nVince Morrone – Business Practice Group\nChristopher Schreiber – Debtor/Creditor Insolvency Practice\nRoy Wagner – Leader of Construction Law Group\nIan Martin – The Mandel Group \nRegister HERE
