DESCRIPTION:The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services Requires all real estate licensees to complete 18 hours of continuing education.  CARW is proud to offer six (1) hour elective courses of Commercial Continuing Education. \nThese courses are free to CARW Members. | Non-Members $30\nWisconsin license holders – REALTOR Members only. \nWhen: Thursday\, July 9th at 9 AM\nWhere: 250 E Wisconsin\, Milwaukee\, WI 53202\nInstructor: Melissa Hunt | WEDA \nTax increment financing (TIF) continues to play a major role in commercial real estate development across Wisconsin. Join us for a practical overview of how TIF and tax incremental districts (TIDs) work\, when they are used\, and what commercial real estate professionals should know when navigating transactions involving public incentives\, redevelopment\, and municipal partnerships. \nThis continuing education session\, presented by Melissa Hunt of WEDA\, will provide real-world context\, key legal considerations\, and practical takeaways for recognizing opportunities and asking the right questions during a deal. \nFormat\nNetworking + Registration | 8:30 AM\nCourse Begins | 9:00 AM\nCourse Ends | 10:00 AM \nCourse Registration HERE \n***These courses are FREE to CARW members and $25 for non-members.
