Founded in 1911\, WMC is the combined Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce\, Manufacturers’ Association and Safety Council.  WMC is Wisconsin’s largest business association representing 3\,800 employers of all sizes and from every sector of the economy. \nPrior to joining WMC\, Bauer spent 18 years working for financial industry trade groups\, including serving as CEO for both the Wisconsin and Arizona Bankers Associations. \nBauer is a member of the National Association of Manufacturers Board of Directors\, Council of State Manufacturers Associations Executive Committee\, Council of State Chambers of Commerce\, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100\, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Public Affairs Committee and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Advisory Council on Agriculture\, Small Business\, and Labor. \nBauer is a Wisconsin native and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. \n[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
