Tracy Johnson, President & CEO

Tracy joined CARW in May, 2014.  She has more than 15 years of association management and non-profit experience and has held roles as executive director for TEMPO Milwaukee, a business association for executive women; director of public affairs for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra; and director of communications for an association of plumbing and mechanical contractors. Tracy spent several years with a global manufacturer, Bradley Corporation, as well as a local advocacy group, Partners Advancing Values in Education. She has served on a number of volunteer and professional boards and committees, and is very involved in community organizations including Downtown Milwaukee Rotary Club, Public Policy Forum, Milwaukee Forum, Marquette University Business School Alumni Board, the Center for Communication, Hearing and Deafness, and the Milwaukee Chamber Orchestra. Tracy holds a public relations degree and an executive MBA with a focus in international business, both from Marquette University. Tracy is a Milwaukee native and enjoys running, golf, and watching college basketball.  She is a weekly panelist on WTMJ4’s afternoon public affairs segment, “What’s Hot”.  Tracy lives in Mequon with her husband Jim and sons Zachary and Charlie.  20 Questions

Ben Gagnon, Member Services and Project Manager

Ben-Gagnon pictureHe will be working on member services, events and special projects.  Prior to CARW, Ben worked for Friends of Hoyt Park and Pool as a communication intern. He also worked as a sports information intern for Mount Mary University. Ben Is a UW-Whitewater graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations. Ben is a huge sports nut. Growing up he played basketball, football, and baseball and he continued his sports career at Whitewater, where he played baseball for a year. Ben is a recent December grad who is eager and excited to start his career at CARW. Ben lives in Milwaukee, WI with his dog Nelly. Check out Ben’s answers to 20 Questions.




Davis Renzelmann, Events and Communications Manager

Bio photoDavis Renzelmann joined CARW in July 2016. Prior to CARW, Davis worked at Milwaukee Downtown BID #21, one of the area’s most exciting business improvement districts, as a Marketing and Events Intern. Davis is a UW-Milwaukee graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies. Davis lives on the Upper East Side with his 4 roommates and his bicycle. 20 Questions
