MILWAUKEE – CARW (Commercial Association of REALTORS ® Wisconsin), the voice of commercial real estate in Wisconsin, announced the annual Roundtable Forum, presented by Old National Bank, will take place February 15th, at the Italian Conference Center. The event will begin at 7:30 am and last until 9:30 am.
The Commercial Real Estate Roundtable Forum will provide educational and networking opportunities for commercial real estate professionals and business leaders. The morning roundtable format will allow for a variety of topics to be discussed in a small setting with one expert leading the discussion. Participants will move between tables in order to cover a variety of different subjects. There will be four 20-minute sessions. The event will include topics ranging from investment outlook to Hotel Market Update, BRT, Marquette University projects, EB-5, State legislative issues affecting commercial real estate, and 1031 exchange.
“The annual roundtable event is a quick-hitting opportunity that gives the commercial real estate community to hear from more than 20 commercial real estate and business leaders,” said Curt Pitzen, Chairman for CARW. “The event is a source for new ideas, new connections and new relationships.”
