PANELISTS:

Investment: Ben Adank

Ben Adank is Vice President of Business Development for SARA Investment Real Estate, and leads the Leasing efforts for the company, in addition to playing a supporting role in the development of commercial properties throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ben was with RFP Commercial, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he completed more than $200 million in real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of 3.5 million square feet of investment property. Ben also worked for nearly a decade in the financial services industry, where he received his license as a Certified Financial Manager and several awards for client service. In addition to his duties at SARA, Ben is active in several professional groups, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and CARW. Ben received a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Bradley University.

Office: Alyssa Geisler

Alyssa Geisler is an Associate in the office brokerage group at CBRE Milwaukee. She specializes in advising occupiers of real estate, as well as landlord representation. Additionally, Alyssa’s work includes lease negotiations, office building sales, and new business development. Alyssa has experience in office brokerage, and has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than four years. She brings to the table knowledge of the Milwaukee office market and current trends, providing valuable insights on transactions to her clients. Prior to joining CBRE Milwaukee, Alyssa worked for another area real estate company where she focused on tenant representation within the Milwaukee office market.
Jim Larkin

Industrial: Jim Larkin

Jim developed professionalism, leadership skills and a competitive drive while playing and coaching for a professional soccer team.  This provided Jim with the solid foundation to thrive as a top producer in the commercial brokerage industry.  Jim was also involved with marketing, advertising, public speaking and community development activities during his career, allowing him to build relationships and network in a professional business environment. Jim now handles leasing and sales of over 1,200,000 square feet of industrial space.  On behalf of his clients, Jim markets and promotes properties to the brokerage community and to prospective tenants and buyers. His areas of expertise include; industrial leasing and sales, landlord and tenant representation, research and analysis and implementation of marketing campaigns

Scott Satula

Retail: Scott Satula

Scott Satula is Vice President with Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin, L.L.C. As Vice President for the Asset Sales and Leasing team, Scott specializes in the development, sale, and leasing of specialty retail, neighborhood, community, and power-based shopping centers. Scott possesses expertise in all facets of retail real estate and has a passion for creating and improving project merchandising. His focus, vision, and attention to detail allow him to offer a higher level of service, upon which his institutional and private equity clients rely. Scott is a Wisconsin native, which provides him knowledge of history, trends, retailer performance, and shopping patterns throughout the state.
